Advising 乐鱼体育官网n Rail Link Berhad on the contract administration of the engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) contract for the ECRL Project, a 640km railway link connecting different parts of the East coast region with the West coast region in 乐鱼体育官网. Rahmat Lim & Partners had previously advised on the EPC contract (which was based on the Design and Build Contract PWD Form (rev 2010)) and review of the tender documents by China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn. Bhd., to the subcontractors in relation to the ECRL Project.
The ECRL is the biggest economic and trade project between China and 乐鱼体育官网 and has an estimated construction cost of more than US$10 billion.
