RM10.3 billion debt refinancing for Sapura TMC Sdn Bhd
Advised Sapura Energy Bhd’s wholly-owned unit Sapura TMC Sdn. Bhd. in relation to the structuring of multi-currency financing amounting to over RM10.3 billion to refinance its existing borrowings. The financing included the grant of two new term loan facilities under a new facilities agreement, and a further issuance of unrated sukuk murabahah under the Multi-Currency Sukuk Programme announced in 2015.
