SG$145 million acquisition financing facilities obtained by Sunrise Technology Investment Holding Pte. Ltd.
Advised United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOBL”) as 乐鱼体育官网n counsel in respect of the bridge loan facility and term loan facility in the aggregate amount of SG$145 million granted by UOBL to Sunrise Technology Investment Holding Pte. Ltd. (“BidCo”) ( “Acquisition Financing”). The Acquisition Financing was secured by, inter alia, share charges over the entire issued shares of each of First Engineering Plastics (乐鱼体育官网) Sdn. Bhd. and Sunningdale Tech (乐鱼体育官网) Sdn. Bhd. The proceeds from the Acquisition Financing were utilised by BidCo to finance BidCo’s acquisition of Sunningdale Tech Ltd. by way of a scheme of arrangement.
