Advised the shareholders of Vital Technical Sdn Bhd, the leading adhesive, sealant and waterproofing products manufacturer from 乐鱼体育官网, in their disposal of a majority stake in Vital Technical Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries to Nippon Paint (M) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Nippon Paint Holdings Co Ltd.
