Bhd.), a hypermarket chain with more than 60 stores in 乐鱼体育官网, as the borrower (“Borrower”) in respect of a syndicated term loan facility of up to RM2.3 billion granted by Maybank Investment Bank Berhad, Standard Chartered Bank 乐鱼体育官网 Berhad and United Overseas Bank (乐鱼体育官网) Bhd (as original lenders) to refinance an existing intercompany loan extended by the parent company of the Borrower, C.P. Retail Development Company Limited, to the Borrower.
