Syndicated Term Loan Facilities of US$48.4 million to OCK Group Berhad
Advised OCBC Bank (乐鱼体育官网) Berhad and United Overseas Bank (乐鱼体育官网) Bhd. as lenders and OCBC Bank (乐鱼体育官网) Berhad and United Overseas Bank (乐鱼体育官网) Bhd. as mandated lead arrangers, in respect of the syndicated term loan facilities of US$48.4 million granted to OCK Group Berhad (“Borrower”) for the refinancing of OCK Yangon Private Limited’s existing syndicated term loan facility, as well as to complete the construction of additional telecommunication towers in Myanmar. The Borrower is a company listed on Bursa 乐鱼体育官网, and the holding company of OCK Yangon Private Limited (a company incorporated in Myanmar).
