Advised The Boeing Company as 乐鱼体育官网n counsel in its acquisition of the shares in Aerospace Composites 乐鱼体育官网 Sdn Bhd (“ACM”) from Hexcel Corp. ACM is a supplier of composite products and subassemblies used on all current Boeing commercial airplanes, including the 737 MAX and 787 Dreamliner. With this acquisition, Boeing has deepened its footprint in South-east Asia by having its first wholly owned manufacturing facility in 乐鱼体育官网.
