Rahmat Lim & Partners advised Yellowwood Properties Sdn. Bhd. (“Borrower”) in respect of a term loan facility of up to the MYR equivalent of US$50,000,000 (“Facility”) granted by International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group. The Borrower is a 100% owned special purpose vehicle of Yondr Group LP, an international data centre developer, owner and operator. The Facility will be used towards, amongst others, construction, equipping and commissioning of a 48MW or 96MW greenfield hyperscale data centre campus located in Sedenak Tech Park, Johor, 乐鱼体育官网.
