Refinancing of existing facilities by Pharmaforte Group
Advised the lenders in respect of multicurrency facilities of up to an aggregate principal amount of S$65 million and RM355 million made available to the Pharmaforte group of companies, including Pharmaforte (乐鱼体育官网) Sdn. Bhd. and Pharmaforte Singapore Pte. Ltd.
