Advised CUCKOO International (MAL) Berhad (“Issuer”), as 乐鱼体育官网n counsel, in relation to its proposed initial public offering and listing of its shares on the Main Market of Bursa 乐鱼体育官网.
The Issuer is principally involved in the trading and rental of home appliances, mattresses and furniture, trading of beauty care products, provision of home care services, and investment holding activities. The deal includes an international offering under Regulation S of the US Securities Act 1933.
