The High Court in 乐鱼体育官网 Resources Corporation Bhd v Desaru Peace Holdings Club Sdn Bhd held that an application for interim measures in relation to arbitration proceedings should first be determined by the arbitral tribunal, rather than the courts, where the parties had chosen arbitration as their preferred dispute resolution mechanism.
